Our Masjid is a non-profit, independent and community-based organisation wholly funded by contributions from members of our community. Running a charity of this size and complexity requires the dedication and support of a great many people, local businesses and organizations and though we cannot mention them all here, our sincere heartfelt thanks go to them all for their constant time and support, without which we would not succeed.
Alhamdulilah, Enfield Masjid was formed in the 1970's by a group of local Muslims who started the Masjid in a house. However, with the grace of Allah SWT and the continuous hard work of our elders, we now have a Masjid capable of accommodating around 1,200 worshippers. As part of our commitment to continue this evolution of our Masjid for the benefit of our community, our current aim is to ensure it is established as a more resourceful Centre from where Islam is spread positively far and wide. We also want to encourage Muslims and non-Muslims alike to acquire their religious and non-religious needs within our Masjid, In-Sha-Allah.
We hope you enjoy using this website and will come and see us at our Masjid where you are always welcome. If you have any suggestions/comments/feedback, etc, feel free to leave them here and please remember us in your prayers.
